At Buy Center, we are committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds may be processed.

✅ 1. Right of Withdrawal (EU/France Customers)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason.

🌍 2. Supplier Location & Return Conditions
Our products are shipped from international suppliers, primarily located outside of France and the European Union.

  • Returns must be sent to the supplier’s designated return center, typically located in Asia (e.g., China).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or the wrong item was received.

  • ⚠️ Please contact us before returning any item to receive the correct return address and instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or lost.

❌ 3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or opened hygiene products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Items returned more than 30 days after receipt

  • Products not in original condition or missing original packaging

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • In certain cases, a full or partial refund may be granted without the need to return the item, at our discretion.

  • No refunds will be issued without proof of return, unless otherwise agreed.
